 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
  • Proven working experience as a Chef
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
  • Highly developed communication skills

 REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • A salary will be negotiated according to qualifications and experience.
  • Working hours are 3.00pm to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday
